Samsung Gear Fit now features portrait orientation mode

If you’re looking for both efficiency and versatility, the Samsung Gear Fit is your best bet. It looks stunning on the wrist as well. The problem is, it was released with a landscape display mode. This posed as a problem since it’s supposed to be readable even when strapped to a wrist. The good news is that the team behind the device has finally given it a software update which includes portrait mode.

Some photos were released by Samsung through one of its blogs. The new portrait mode would allow easier viewing. This definitely smooths out the previous problem that stirred the Samsung fans. However, some sites still think the display will still pose as a problem, especially when reading longer text.

Hopefully, Samsung will be able to think of a solution to that as well.
